Summer Toes

Nothing says summer like freshly painted toes. Just don't tell my mom I painted Evie's toes.

Mother's Day

My Mother's Day was great. There was a little love,

a little dancing,

a little tooth envy,

and a little salad.

I hope your Mother's Day was filled with little joys too.

Santa Fe

We finally made it to Santa Fe. It was fabulous. Very touristy but so cool.

The streets were narrow, a bit claustrophobic and I kept having flashbacks to driving in England but so charming.

And who can hate a place where the streets are lined with jewelry?

The picture above with all the lovely, lovely jewelry is the Palace of the Governors. I expected a little more with a name like palace but I got over my disappointment when I saw all Turquoise. Did you know that Santa Fe is the oldest state capitol in the country? Well I sure didn't. New Mexico is making me smarter already.
