Today was David's first day of his last semester EVER!!!! And doesn't he look so cute with his little sack lunch and his book bag. As a side note the fabulous t shirt he is wearing he actually made himself. OK he didn't make the shirt but he did the painting on the front. Isn't he talented?

Caroline's Visit (Marineland)
This month my sister and her cute kids came for a visit. My kids couldn't talk about anything else for weeks before they came. We were all so excited. Here is a great picture of the intrepid travellers before they left Salt Lake.
The day after they arrived we headed to Marine Land Canada. We saw lots of fish type animals jumping and frolicking.
We were all amazed!
We had a blast on all the rides. All of us except me who didn't want to make a milkshake out of the baby. But watching their faces was so funny and since it was like 85 degrees and 80 percent humidity I was pretty happy just sitting on the bench.
At the end of the day Tabitha finally talked David into going on the Sky Screamer with her. I think the look on his face says it all. The ride home was really the highlight for me. I got to sit and listen to the dulcet tones of David retching into a plastic bag as I tried to negotiate the maze of roads around Niagara Falls.

Day to Shine
This week we had Ellie's kindergarten graduation which they call "Day to Shine". It was a lot of fun. Ellie showed me all the things she has been doing in Kindergarten. I'm so proud of her, she has really done well. Her teacher loves her, she's made lots of friends, and she is doing really well with her reading and math. I'm so glad we waited that extra year, I think it has made all the difference.

First Pictures
I just had my first ultrasound. There was some confusion about my due date so they wanted to check. And officially I am due December 15 (The exact day David is finished with his program). Anyway I had never had an ultrasound this early so it was really fun to see the little alien baby wiggling around, kicking its legs, and especially hearing the heart beat. I realize that things can still go wrong but it does ease a little of the stress. Oh and David says that it must be a boy because of the way the technician labeled the body parts: Head, Body and Baby Dick (only David would think of that).
